Our warranty covers a period of three months. During this time, any major faults that arise due to manufacturing can be identified and addressed. It is important to provide proof of purchase when making a warranty claim. Beyond the three-month warranty period, there are various factors that could potentially contribute to damage such as wear and tear, improper storage, lack of care or cleaning, exposure to heat, or moisture.

We regret to inform you that the following are not covered by our guarantee: Breakage and/or deformation, unless it is a manufacturing fault;mDamage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or incorrect handling; Discoloration resulting from the use of water, perfume, soap, lotion, or hair spray depending on the materials used to make the product; Discoloration caused by high acidity of the skin and Damage resulting from the improper use of stainless steel and/or silver polishes.

Refrain from getting the jewelry wet and avoid wearing it during baths, showers, or while swimming in pools or the sea. Chlorine may have adverse effects on the jewelry; Steer clear of contact with cleaning agents and substances; Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions, and similar products; Exercise caution when dressing and undressing, ensuring that your jewelry is put on last and removed first; Do not tug or pull on the links of your jewelry and Store your jewelry neatly, keeping it away from direct sunlight or excessive heat emitted by heaters.
